Fruite deit plan to lose weight

Eating high fat foods without doing any exercises will lead us to get weight easily.They can easily lose weight ,If they follow fruite diet instead of their habitual food diet.The given a tabular column of fruite diet is to lose weight. They have to follow the fruite diet plan upto some time to lose weight.They have to do some simple excercises too to lose weight easily with the fruite diet plan.
