Simple exercise to lose weight

There are a lot of ways available to lose weight in the world. But , Yoga is the more powerfull exercise to lose weight when compared to other ways. Because the soule and our body works together in yoga exercise, so it gives amazing results in lose weight.The Very simple exercise to lose weight in yoga is "Pranayaama"(breathing exercise).Peoples can do pranayaama those who want to lose weight in a easy way. It should be done everyday to lose weight faster, and it could take a couple of months to lose weight. The important thing is, we should do the exercise upto 4-5 months continuesly.

Pranayaama
  • Sit straight(without bending back bone), close your eyes , place your left hand on your stomach and concentrate on your breath.
  • Slowly inhale , inhale as much as you can. Don't shake or lift up your body.
  • Now exhale slowly, it's enough if you exhale slower. Now you can feel the hand comes up when you exhale. Do that much slower and do as long as you can. Make sure your stomach shrinks when you inhale.
  • Do the above process 15 to 25 times in the morning or evening in empty stomach.Increase the inhale time and exhale time day to day to lose weight quicker.
  • Don't close your nose or mouth when you inhale or exhale.
By doing the breathing exercise continuously , we can burn our fat which is stored in our body it will lead to lose weight easily.
