Most of the researches have shown that daily 10 to 20 minutes workouts will help you to sleep better. You should do gym exercise either at morning or at evening but you should not do close to bed time, because if you do exercise for 20 minutes it will make you energized for at least 2 hours.

As i mentioned already , the very first way to lose weight is to walk about 20 to 30 minutes in a day. You won't search for a spacious place to walk, instead you could walk using a walking machine(It will be there in all gym) in your gym or your home itself.
