Walking is the easy way to lose weight

Walking is a good way to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of daily walking can increase body fitness, strengthen bones, reduces excess pounds in your body, and boost muscle power as well as endurance. Walking will reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.walking is good excercise and doesn’t require any special equipment or training.

A survey tells that 250,000 deaths each year in the United States are attributed to a lack of regular exercise. Walking is a form of aerobic exercise and is one of the easiest ways to boost your physical activity and improve your health as well.

There are two types of  walking exercises  most of the peoples will have heard about the second type but will not have experienced about that type.
